 The State of Connecticut Technical Guidelines establish a standardized model for the health care response to victims of sexual assault and the collection of sexual assault evidence. This website is intended to help clinicians, advocates, law enforcement, and other services providers access the Guidelines and provide an informed and compassionate response to survivors of sexual violence.
